Roof Inspection Views

Sometimes we get great views with early morning roof inspections. A roof inspection will include other systems that are available if located on the roof (AC, Venting, Fireplace, etc). Parapet walls are just as important to maintain as the roof. Make sure these are maintained and sealed to prevent internal leakage and damage to structural walls. Sometimes a roofing inspection will not catch defective items on the parapet walls. For a thorough home inspection give me call.
