• Cracked and damaged sewer drain pipes.
• Water enters the crawl space and ponding underneath the house.
• Loose open cold air return ducts that allows unconditioned crawl space air to mix with conditioned air from the house.
• Improperly supported copper supply lines.
• Leaking bathtub onto Structural floor supports.
