Brett is very detail oriented and thorough home inspector. He spent almost full morning to do 11th month inspection for our new home and found some problems that we would never thought about. He patiently answered all the questions we had. He delivered almost 100 page report with details of the inspection findings and photos which makes it easy for us to follow up with our builder for the year end warranty work. I’ll strongly recommend him for the home inspection.

Brett was an amazing home inspector, we HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase a new home. He will go through it with a fine toothed comb and take as much time as it needs to look over every square inch. There are few people out there that we have met as diligent as Brett. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions before, during and after the inspection. I believe our report ended up being 114 pages long and was very detailed with lots of photos for reference. He walked us through EVERYTHING with a smile, not once did I feel like he was trying to rush us, if anything he was happy to stay and go over extra questions we had on site. Not only does he do an awesome job, he is also very helpful in recommending other inspections that may be prudent to the specific home he inspects. All around a great guy to have on your side while you're home shopping. WoW! You won't regret going with Brett the Home Inspector, 10 out of 5 stars!

We had Bret come and do a home inspection of our new construction home at the 11 month mark to ensure an accurate assessment and submit all warranty requests. Brett was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. He was fair in his assessment to us as the home owner as well as to the builder. We highly recommend him.
